Please believe the 1 star reviews!! I feel cheated this property shouldve came with drugs & customers its a 1100.00 trap house! Just moving in the conditions are terrible and instead of taking the time to make the unit ready they just move you in with no regards to the fact you work hard to give them money for a decent place! Ive gotten Dr. Candice Matthews, city of Baytown, rockstar capital, my attorney, and contractor involved!! After letting maintenance in my unit while the manager was out to fix things that shouldve been fixed then scheduling a walk through when she returns is janky enough after I expressed 3 days after moving in I want out no resolve! Next is the health department

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE!!! This place is INFESTED with cockroaches and THEY DO NOT CARE! They will NOT let you out of your lease and they will charge for every dime they can! They force you to pay for Valet Living (trash pickup) and they MIGHT come once a week. WORST YEAR OF MY LIFE!

The apartment complex is pretty quiet. I moved from out of town and the girls made everything smooth and easy with the transition & had such friendly attitudes, even when I had so many questions. Thank you!!!

I've been a resident here for 4 years and I cannot say enough bad things about this place and management. Just yesterday, they sent out an email saying that we had until TODAY to change our renter's insurance! When I asked for an extension, their manager was "gone for the day" but I was informed that I will automatically be pro-rated on their new FORCED (and more expensive) insurance that they are "partnered" with until I find an acceptable replacement. This is severely unprofessional, a huge inconvenience, and smells of EXTORTION.
