Stone Brook Apartments

Really loved the property, it was so nice and clean. And the staff was amazing. Jose was very helpful and so was the rest of the office staff.

I really hate living at this apartment complex. They are not responsive to emails nor are they helpful or courteous when it come to problems with apartment. When in the office they really make you feel like youre bothering them, Or inconveniencing them. My apartment currently smells of mold from water damage. Ive had several problems in the past months & it takes weeks to resolve. Unsatisfactory - renters beware!!!!

Relocated from New York, To Baytown. Found an apartment at Stonebrook thanks to Tevin, and Suzie, Franchesqa. The staff is wonderful very helpful, and patient, also cant leave out LaToya. Update 2023: The best 4 years, l love stonebrook. The staff is so pleasant, professional, friendly. They go beyond the call of duty to keep the residents comfortable. The maintance team are exceptional. Move to stonebrook you wont regret it.

I would really like to move here but they keep denying me. It looks so nice and my daughter loves it too . Yes my credit is not the best but if I have EXCELLENT renters history, no background, and make 3x the rent I dont understand whats the problem!

I've been living here for 2 months now and I have not had any problems, but a few roaches at first when I moved in. The exterminator came thru and I also bought myself an insect killer and I no longer have that issue. Thanks to the management team they have been very helpful whenever needed. Trash is picked up every night except weekends. Those where my major concerns at first after reviewing few of the comments from other tenants. The place is quiet and well maintained. Yes their is dog poop around but each tenant is responsible of picking after their dog.Their are dog boof around with bags for tenants, but they choose to ignored it. This place made me feel like home, but I had to move out due a family matter. Page & Ayana really helped me out in ending my lease early. Once I move back to Texas, This place will be on my list. Thanks Page & Ayanna for the help. Seline amazing manager, thanks for all the help & kindness.
