Anytime Septic

When I called to have our septic tank pumped out I was told the maximum price I would be charged. After they pumped our tank out he wanted me to pay $100 more. Then he gave me a price to replace our tank. We scheduled them to replace it after agreeing on the cost. They wanted me to pay by cash and they wanted me to pay more than half of the agreed upon amount up front. I said I would but I needed something in writing from them about the whole deal. That seemed to upset them. All of a sudden I got a text that they were canceling the job. Beware people. No worries it will be taken care of after your man damaged the tank. It was working as it should and it still is.

Amazing service! Definitely recommend! Gave a whole run down of our system and how to maintain it and even fix small stuff ourselves! He even went above and beyond and helped us find the leaks we had in our drip lines and a solution to it! We will definitely be using again!

I called Anytime Septic to pump my tank and Trevor came over and started pumping my tank and I asked him about my drain field as it was not working well. His immediate response was that it needed to be replaced and said, when it gets like that the only thing you can do is replace it, and offered no advice to improve the field. Then he tells me he can replace the field for $8500.00 and that this is a great deal, but he is only willing to do it with no permits and for cash only. He tells me he has been doing this work for years and knows what he is doing. I agreed to have him do the work the following weekend. As he was putting away his hoses he was getting raw sewage all over my yard and acted like it was no big deal and I ended up spraying it down with my hose after he left. I paid for his service with a credit card and he left. The following weekend he installed the drain field and I paid him in cash and I asked for a receipt and he said he did not have any receipts and said he would email one, but never did. He said the drain field should last 30-40 years. Well, It started to not drain well only a couple months later and I called to have him come and sort it out and his wife answered the phone and I told her what was happening and she said she would tell Trevor to call me back. He never called back and I have left multiple messages and it looks like they are screening my number as no one is answering the main line and it just goes to voicemail. Trevor has never called me back to this day even though I have paid him thousands of dollars. Now, I have raw sewage in my yard because the drain field is most likely very sub standard and he knows it, and that is why he is not calling me back. This company is not professional, ethical or honest.
