My childrens bus driver is great. The problem is that the bus doesnt pick up at our house. The safety of the children and bad weather conditions dont seem to be a concern for Goldstar .

They have yet to pick up my middle school child on time. When I call after waiting literally 20 min past the pick up time they get mouthy that "they're doing what they can." So when I called corporate they did some investigating and found my sons bus driver had been taking a personal break which was going into her pick up times. She was informed she needed to choose a different time for her break, which lasted a week. Now it's back to calling them, having to block your number sometimes when they hang up on you if they don't wanna answer your concerns. But being a working mom I have to trust them with my most valued treasures and hope they'll get to school in time for breakfast and class.
