Best Western Bastrop Pines Inn

We have stayed in a lot of hotels in the 3 star category in every major hotel chain - IHG, Marriott, Wyndham, Hilton, etc. This is the first hotel in a very long time where EVERYTHING in the room was clean, in good repair, and comfortable! No broken lamps, no non-functioning outlets, no dirty carpet. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked with fresh coffee and fruit that was actually edible (I have found moldy fruit in other hotels.) The front desk staff was attentive and cheerful. If ever in Bastrop again, I will definitely stay here!

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, staff was friendly. The walls/ceilings were thin, I could hear my neighbor snoring (maybe he was just that loud!).

Needed a place to stay close to Circuit of the Americas without needing to go into Austin during all of the SXSW business, and this place was perfect! The staff was super friendly and accomodating. The hot breakfast was fresh and hot and delicious (eggs, bacon, biscuit and gravy, waffles, etc). The rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. The hotel is located close to a variety of restaurants so that you don't have to go too far. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Amazing customer service! Girlfriend made a special request for our trip and they fulfilled it. Such a wonderful surprise. Only reason I gave 4 stars for location is because of construction, which isn't their fault. Next time I'm in Bastrop, I will be staying here! Rooms: Small but served it's purpose.

If I could give this hotel a ten stars I would!!! From the reserving the room to checking in Calvin was amazing. To help us with all those little things We forgot like the ice cream We needed to buy. The fork and the spoon we forgot our drinks we forgot. Myria was very polire and helpful. Our housekeeper was amazing, David this. What we needed was very nice maria was such a help. Breakfast was amazing, very good, very hot.It really hit the spot. My daughter always gets tickled with the waffles. And last but not least, Austin was amazing with the checkout. Help us with all our last little needs it. Even let me know that they had French vanilla Creamer so I could have coffee that's a win win for me. So overall, this hotel has been one of the best great beds. Clean room hot showers great breakfast and friendly and helpgul staff!!! We will definitely be back!!! Rooms: Clean Comfortable and Quiet Safety: We felt very safe no strange person in or hanging around outside
