5 of 5. They are here to help. I have never had a bad interaction with any employee. Everyone that I have ever talked to treated me as if I was the richest man on the planet. They have a well trained staff, great internet support, and I cannot see me doing business anywhere else. I have multiple accounts with them, including my primary corporate account. They earned my personal account so when I started a business naturally I went there as well and I do not regret it! Friendliest staff you could ask for. Phone support is unbeatable, no AI to aggravate you, a real person ready to fix whatever is your issue.

Wanda and Leigha were super helpful sorting things out after our account was almost hacked. Leigha took control and closed our accounts and opened new ones very quickly and efficiently. She made a bad situation better. We have had great service from Frontier Bank ever since moving to Bastrop from Houston 8 years ago. Highly recommend Wanda and her team.
