Pretty standard Taco Bell but very clean

I haven't been to Taco Bell in a while and was hoping to be reignited about what used to get me to go daily and the flavors were there but spent $43 on food and 2/3 of it was either wrong, not my order or just didn't read the order. Missing 2 items, 2 I didn't order and 2 were not the way I ordered them, paid to have chicken added to 2 items, not added. Disappointed for sure

I'm being a little generous with 2 stars. After waiting for 10+ minutes for my order, I was given about half the food that was ordered. They also forgot my drink cup. The cantina tacos, although they tasted fine, were completed smashed. They were pressed together hard enough that I was still able to pick up the ball of cheese and shell as if it were a taco. Neither the dining area nor drive through were busy, and there was seemingly no leadership in the kitchen. Employees weren't rude, but they certainly weren't attentive of folks at the counter either. Somehow, this seems to be a common theme at various Taco Bells recently, so aside from issues at this particular restaurant, I think there is a broader issue going on.

Wow very rude employees. They want to earn more but they can't even get my order correct. Need to pay less or replace with robots

Update: We put an order in online at 11:50 am. When I walked in ten minutes later, there was no order but they said they'd start working on it. 35 minutes later, they REALLY started making the order. I only come here when the rest of the house wants TB but I fight against it. Each time we come here they mess up the order somehow or it takes much longer than it should. We would like to go to Taco Bells more often but there's not another one anywhere nearby. This last time the cashier didn't know how to check me in so I waited a half hour before my order was even started. While waiting they served people who came in and ordered after me and had to fix at least three drive-thru orders that were missing or completely incorrect. Twice they had to refuse a $20 bill for payment because they didn't have the change. From order time to walking out of the door was about an hour.
