Recommend not to be a victim of abuse. I experienced more than once attitude and hate. Abuse from the nurses isn't cool. So I'm going to the back to be asked why am I here another reason not recommend is when the nurse is checking your vitals and bruising starts while the way the nurse's put the blood pressure cuff on my arm. Please if y'all are having a bad morning and afternoon Please stop giving us your patient's attitude and be professional instead of being a mad person.

I am one to avoid the doctor at all costs. First time visit, and I am forever set to make this my primary care for both myself and my daughter. Doctor Sims hands down is one of the best doctors Ive come across. Nice staff and nice facility!

Physicians Assistant Sims is the absolute best at what he does, which is making it abundantly clear that your concerns as a patient, while obviously well intentioned, are actually secondary to his need for control over your well being. And, honestly, what a blessing it is to be relieved of that responsibility. I mean, compared to the experience of a medical professional that's seen me for at least 30 minutes total across 10 years, I now realize how foolish it was to think that 60+ years of knowing my own body had any relevance to the diagnostic process. That Bandera Family Practice is hurried and disorganized is frustrating enough. But favoring ego over reason, and authority over compassion, PA Sims needs a gentle reminder that he is not an actual doctor. Because an actual doctor would conform to the needs of the patient rather than expecting the patient to conform to the needs of the doctor. I guess there's a reason they call it "practicing medicine". Some get it right while some need more practice. Oh well. Glad I don't have to be practiced on any more.

I had a serious infection. They helped me a lot and all were kind. The wait wasn't bad at all. Thank you all as I think I saw every doctor in the place.

Trying to get a medication renewed with these people is absolutely impossible. The person who answers the phone makes excuses and doesn't pass on messages. The nurse that got on the phone with me threatened to hang up on me. All I was asking for was medication renewal prior to surgery for medication that had run out. A medication they advised me to take before my surgery.
