        The rooms are very large I really liked the setup. There is zero noise barrier though you can hear every single step and the rolling chair of the floor above you. The balcony was a really great bonus drinking coffee in the morning. The breakfast setup is really great and morning staff is so helpful and kind. The man at night seems annoyed any time you have to ask for anything even just checking in. Rooms: Very big and clean.

        While the rooms were very clean and presentable, the staff was incredibly friendly and polite- they have the silliest AC policy. Their AC is programmed to shut off and not turn on at all at night. The air in the room was stagnant, it was 75 degrees in the room even though it was in the 40s outside. It got hard to breathe. Also- for some reason the tub wouldnt drain and there was absolutely no hot water in the morning. NONE. Its not like there are tons of options available nearby so it doesnt appear like they have any intention of fixing anything. Again- nothing against the staff they were apologetic. The problem is clearly above their pay grade. Do better Best Western. For $185/night the least you can do is allow AC at night.
