        The ATM keep my card (it got jammed) called to find out what to do, and of course no one answered the phone. No one ever answers the phone at this branch. Horrible customer service!!!

        Below poor service. My partner just went to deposit a check to my account and the teller Britney, refused to deposit my check .The check information was correct, check signed, why refusing services?!

        I have had a commercial account with Wells Fargo for over 5 years. I just spent the last 30 minutes trying to get someone at the Bandera TX branch to answer the phone, to no avail. I had a business issue that needed to be dealt with immediately, and not one person would answer the phone. Terrible customer service!
