From start to finish this dental office wowd me for sure! I was a new customer walking in and was immediately welcomed with the friendliest greeting. Unfortunately, I did have some cavities but through the whole process (cleaning, X-rays, fillings, etc) I was handled with so much care and respect are you comfortable, let me know if you need anything I knew they will now be my forever dental office for my family and I! Thank you Dr Chris and the making staff!

Super friendly staff and the dentist was amazing super professional and patient he knew how to calm my child's fears, he did an amazing job with his extraction.

I drove 30 min to this dental clinic cause Ive had a great experience there before when the female doctor used to work there. They have always had good prices too. I went last week cause Im having tooth sensitivity, they took about 20 X-rays of one tooth cause they couldnt get the right angle of the root. That was super uncomfortable. The assistant that was doing them couldnt get it right (she was nice) so she had to call another assistant to help her, well she comes in with gloves and starts opening my mouth and I asked her if she could change her gloves cause I had no clue if she was just working on another patient. She made a remark and changed them. After they took me back to my room and sat me down and took MORE X-rays. So after all these X-rays the doctor comes in looks at X-rays, says not one word to me, then leaves. The assistant said Im ok to leave and that they have my medication prescriptions up front . I was so confused, and I was like medications for what? The doctor said not one word to me and assistant just said the med prescriptions were up front. I asked for the doctor to come speak to me and the assistant said sorry its cause hes kind of quiet. Ok I understand that but if hes doing this as a profession he needs to speak to his patients. He comes then says that I need a root canal and that he cant do it cause he doesnt have the right tools for it and that their suctions arent working either. And I would need to go to a specialist?? For a root canal?? I honestly had such a bad experience this time. The only reason why I gave it 2 starts cause front desk was very nice and professional also there was a male assistant that was very nice as well. Im more upset that doctor did not communicate anything to me, set a plan, or anything.
