        Sadly never got a response over the phone. I drove to the property. It was a mess. Construction was not kept up. I didnt know if I was driving through an authorized or dangerous zone. No signs of where to locate the leasing office. Called again. I was advised they are no longer accepting applications.

        Bad business already and they are not finished building. They refuse to answer the phone. They keep pushing back peoples application. Its like they are wanting people to become homeless before they give them an apartment. They holds on to your application not wanting to send it to compliance. Saying that you need this and that. I have never heard of an apartment complex that need you to turn in updated check stubs and bank statements every month.

We only require financial income statements during the application process. Once moved in you will not be required each month. There is a recertification that happens when you are looking to renew the lease, that is conducted annually based on your specific lease start time.
