Mona's Bouquets

Monas is a small boutique / floral shop in my neighboring town. I came in looking for a flower arrangement for my wifes gravesite. Asked whether I wanted fresh or silk, I asked if she had anything with sunflowers (my wifes favorites). Mona produced a beautiful silk arrangement that unless you closely scrutinized it, youd swear it was real flowers. It only took me a few seconds to make the sale. I left very satisfied with my purchase.

Im am NOT satisfied with the arrangement thats was delivered to my sister in law. We got charged $227 for a $175 arrangement. I am beyond furious how this arrangement turned out. My husband talked to the person and specifically said he wanted something BIG! This is far from a big arrangement.

Great customer service and beautiful creations. She did my daughter's bouquet for her wedding and it was beautiful. I have seen several of her creations for different occasions, from funerals, birthdays, etc and they have always been superb. You will not be disappointed!

Ive been using Mona for all of my flower needs for a couple of years now and shes been awesome! Ive hit her with everything from 1 simple arrangement that I needed delivered just because all the way to needing 9 arrangements delivered for a special occasion with only one days notice. Shes never balked or not come through for me. She also always adds little touches and add ons to the arrangements that give them that personal touch which puts them over the top and separates her from the pack of cookie cutter florists. The flowers have always been gorgeous and her customer service is always top notch. If you need flowers, Im telling you, this is the place to trust.
