Great store. Judging by propane reviews, not the best place for refills. Go a block north to Baytec and you won't have a problem. (Shop local)

I purchased a pair of bolt cutters from the Bacliff store. Turns out I didn't need them and returned them unused 30 minute later. The kid, named Dee, that checked me out and subsequently processed the return were one and the same. He seemed like he was put out to help me with my purchase and the return. He accused me, in a very derogatory manner, of using the cutters which I most certainly did not. Then proceed to argue with me. Someone needs to teach that boy some manners. I'll never again shop at this or any other Tractor Supply store. The store manager and corporate should spend more money on customer service training and that boy should be looking for another job.

Ive made 4 or 5 trips to this location to get propane refilled and they havent one time been able to fill them. This is the only location that Ive been to that has this problem. They should really hire someone that can fill tanks.

Sat at the register for 10 minutes waiting for someone to show up so I could purchase my items. Left my items and walked out. Nobody wants to work these days.

Lovely customer service, and store is consistent to all TSCs. But one of the main reasons we came to this location was to use the self serve dog wash, and although first time at a TSC self wash, it's the most under-equipped and maintained self-wash I've ever been to. Hair all over and in everything, unclean or broken/rusty tools, lack of leads, no coat hooks, and only 2 shampoo options (which were just open gallon jugs. Really pittiful if there is a regular cleaning schedule, doesn't seem like it's enforced
