        Called Neighbors AC Heat my AC wouldn’t turn on it was Saturday He said the charge on weekend was 89.00 He said the wire got chewed by some critters He worked and fixed the problem and charged me 500.00 He did not go over the price before hand.

        This place is amazing. I like how Marlo would talk with me and not at me. He would educate me as he worked. Everyone I called asked me for the serial number of my unit but I had no idea how to get it. Marlo was the only one to explain to me over the phone, step by step how to get that. Then he thought I might need another part so he went ahead and got it just in case he was right. and he was! My air conditioner is freezing me out of my home now! It works better now than it has in a long time! He worked hard on my unit, he was very thorough. He did not quit until he looked at everything, just when I thought he was finished there would be one more thing he had to check. From the moment I opened my door he treated me with respect, like I was part of his family. He took the time to explain everything to me as he was working. I highly recommend this business.
