Dr.Morrison is an Awesome person and the Best Doctor ever! From the moment I walked into his office,I felt like a friend! And getting to know Mr. David Starnes It wasn't long my husband and daughter's and I, felt more like family! Blessed To get this kind of healthcare!

Dr. Morrison is great and I would give him 10 stars but it has gotten harder and harder to get ahold of a live person. I dont want to have to deal with corresponding with them online to try and get an answer. If I call I need something then not later.

Dr Morrison has been my doctor since the yr after he came to Azle in the 80's. He is very personable and he's very smart and remembers things about your health over the yrs which is very impressive. His bedside manor is from the old school, he takes his time and never makes you feel rushed and I feel my health is in very good hands. I love his staff and his PA's I see on occasion. I give him and his staff the highest of ratings!

Horrible office staff!!!!!!! Would not recommend this office purely due to the office staff. Doctors are great but unfortunately you have to deal with the office staff before you can see Dr Morrison, David or Brenda. My husband and I had issues during Covid with the office staff. Another doctor referred my elderly mother to this office due to her medical condition. Call the office to set an appointment for a new patient got appointment, set up, called her insurance and got the provider change to Dr Morrison the same day as appointment was made. Went to her appointment few days later after she was told to go to the ER by her old PA that consulted with Dr Morrison. Was told by the ER to do a follow up on Monday which was her appointment day. We get to her appointment and they would not see her because THEIR system did not show her insurance was updated as Dr Morrison as the provider. Ill call the insurance office and they said it was changed and they would be happy to speak with the staff. The staff would not take their confirmation and the confirmation number provided for the change until their system showed its updated which we were not giving any timeframe. Was told she would have to reschedule which could not be down because she had to have an INR blood test done that day per the emergency room doctor. Office staff did not care and asked me to leave their office. I asked to speak to Dr Morrison about the situation was declined head office staff said Morrison agreed with her and I would need to reschedule, which I did not hear those words out of Morrisons mouth. Just so sad Dr. Morrison office staff has to ruin this doctors reputation. I have filed complaints with Texas Health Resources as well as the insurance is sending a complaint as well. HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF!!!!
