Was looking forward to collaborating with Moon & Owl and had a free virtual consultation about a launch campaign with Jordan which went well. I was told I would receive a copy of the recording of the meeting (with verbal NDA for peace of mind), hiring information, and client references in a day or so. It seemed to me that I didn’t receive anything back for a couple weeks despite following up. The company has since reached out and cited technical issues for the email delivery failure. The representative(s) stayed professional but it seemed like an avoidable mix-up.

Moon and Owl solved our SEO problem. My band's name, Fantasticboom, often gets searched as Fantastic Boom, which, unfortunately, yielded few to no results. Jordan and the team made a page to rank the alternate spelling and added schema code to our site. Within no time our problem was fixed. VERY happy.
