Owner did engine replacement, repairs, was informative and accurate with cost, work needed; exceeded my expectations in the attention to details and even the smaller items that needed repairs. The additional time it took was well worth the wait to have a fully operational boat. Highly recommend this business. Very personable and knowledgeable. Thanks again for great work! Richard has always gone above the expectations of service. very knowledgeable and resourceful. never have had an issue with his services. he has always produced great work, and keeps his word.

Sending this message because i am very frustrated with your service. You have had my wave runner going on 2 years, it has been with the new and the old shop. I have stopped by and seen it in the new shop for a short period of time. Then outside since. I left messages on 3 different phone numbers, texts, and absolutley no response. Stopped by your locked up shop during working hours in the morning. Yet you have my phone number, in 2 years i have never heard from you or your business as of yet. I left kind and frustrated messages. Still no response. I have seen boats come and go in your shop but dont seem to catch you there, i think i have been very patient up to this point. I stayed away from facebook because i new i would be posting this out there but people need to know how you conduct your business. Im sure by what i saw that my wave runner will also need the seat and maybe other parts replaced due to the sun beating on it for 2 years. Im curious of your response because i have yet to hear from you at all.. This was sent about a month ago and still have had heard nothing from this company, a text ,phone call nothing I highly recommend to stay away from this company as he does not take care of his customers Service: General repairs & maintenance
