staff is nice, but my neighbors have made my stay here an absolute living hell. make sure you research who your neighbors are going to be, because you'll be stuck with them.

This is my first apartment. I have lived here about 3 years now and all I can say is this place is great. It's pretty quiet other than the sirens from time to time but, it is located right across the street from a hospital (which to me is a major plus). The manager Cindy is amazing! If there are any problems, she is extremely quick to get them fixed. Our maintenance guy Tony is amazing as well. Very skilled at what he does. All the office staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They will help out anyway they can. The location is excellent as well. Being only about 2 to 3 miles from Azle, it's a quick drive to get whatever you need and back home. There are security cameras on every building. 2 dumpsters, a soda machine and a laundromat. Pet friendly as well. Overall, it's a great place to live. My kids and I are both happy here.

CINDY IS AMAZING she made us feel right at home when we came to look at the apartment and now we love living here she's a wonderful person my kids love her she will make u feel like you belong here and makes you feel like were family I highly recommend living here Cindy will take care of you and the maintenance man Tony is always on top of things.

Our maintenance man Tony is phenomenal! He is quick to fix any problems we have had, and always has a smile on his face. We recently had a leak in our bathroom from the upstairs neighbor, and Tony has been working to get things fixed up, painted, and looking pretty again. He always cleaned up after himself, regardless of us insisting we could do it. And he kept us in the loop of everything he was going to do before he did it. He works his hardest to keep all us residents happy, and fix anything we may need fixed!

If youre looking for a place to live where you feel welcomed not only by the manager Cindy but the whole community then this is the place for you. Loving calling this place home.
