Awesome staff and wonderful selection, prices do tend to be a bit more on some brands in comparison to other stores, but you cant beat the convenience of not leaving town !

Small, older woman with long hair running the reception desk is very rude. Drive 45 minutes to pick up 2 bags of feed on hold but still needed to make sure they had them. Not one employee could tell me where to go to get my feed or who to talk to. Will continue going to the Russells in Decatur. Not impressed with the Azle location at all.

Check your bags before they load you. I got home to find out a bag was cut tape and the corn spilled out when I lifted it out of the my truck. Manager states they open bags to show customers the product. It was cracked corn.. If they are selling open bags they should let people know prior to selling them and discount them like other places do. Not sell them as full bags. Maybe the manager is just clueless to what is going on in the back?

Management is incompetent. There were 2 screw major screw-ups on one order. The first screw-up was when I tried to purchase 10 bags of Organic Potting Soil for the listed price of $6.99/bag which I showed her a picture of to make it as easy as possible during checkout. The nice lady said they were actually $11.99. She spoke with management, and apparently, were unable to sell the bags for the listed price. I decided not purchase the 10 bags. The second screw-up was when I looked at the recipt and noticed they charged $57.99 per bag of weed and feed when the actual sticker price on the bag said $36.99. When I went back in the store for the refund they would not refund the difference!! Long story short and after I told the manager how lousy this was, and that this is not how to treat people, she "alllowed" me to take 1 extra bag to make up the difference. It really stinks because I don't need an extra bag. It was either that option or refund the entire purchase. I do not blame the nice people that work at the store but the incompetence of the management's inability to accurately price their items and effectively correct situations. If you do decide to shop at Russell's check your recipts to make sure you are being charge correctly.
