I was looking forward to visiting this store for the first time since it's the only store in Austin that carries brands like Vampire's Wife. When I walked in, the woman at the register briefly greeted me. She didn't ask me if I was looking for anything, if she could help me, nothing. She just busied herself organizing clothes. Guess they don't care about making any money here. I looked around for a while and she never said anything to me. I left and went to a different boutique where they warmly greeted me and asked me what they could help me find. This place lost out on my business due to their coldness.

Horrible horrible horrible. Ive shopped here countless times, as well as the Davenport village location. This weekend I popped in after breakfast at Tiny Boxwood. The sales staff did not even look up when I walked in. I asked a question and got a rude response as if Id annoyed them asking. After walking around with an armful of clothes for 20 minutes with no one asking if I needed a dressing room I put everything back and walked out. To be clear, NO ONE was busy. They were all standing around. Ridiculous. So rude. Will shop By George from now on instead. You lost a good customer.
