We had some stunning custom curtains made with Lexis guidance several years ago. They are so fine and really help regulate the temperature in the house during our hot summers. A few days ago there was a problem with the bar pulling away from the wall so I called Lexi and she immediately sent Aaron out, who fixed the issue perfectly. This is several years after the initial installation! With this kind of customer service and beautiful work I cant imagine taking out business anywhere else.

From my first contact with them they have demonstrated nothing but excellence. Excellence within their communication, scheduling and hands-down the installation of my room darkening (blackout) curtains. Every step of the process they both met and exceeded my expectations. From my initial inquiry and call through to the install and closing the loop - communication / scheduling/ installation couldnt have been more efficient. The installation tech was very knowledgeable. He shared some great suggestions on making better use of the size of the curtain panels, and pole length. Gently correcting my original ideas and he was spot-on. He was extremely detail oriented and really gauged for perfection in alignment, and hit the mark. He was done in the blink of an eye and the install couldnt have been better in quality, neatness of details/ presentation or the placement of the rod. He had an amazingly relaxed vibe /personality and was a pleasure to interact with. Completely perfect interaction with this company from start to finish. I highly recommend them for any installation.
