Excellent service. We have difficult windows. They are angled and large. Ripley figured them out and also electrified them so they would open and close with a push of a button. We love them.

Maybe there is a reason why the last review was 2 years ago. I wanted to support local business but I was "meh" with the whole experience. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great either. I have an entire house to get blinds for and I'm not chomping at the bit to use Ripley's again. There are some details that I would love to have taken care of with my order, but honestly it's easier to just figure it out on my own than have to get involved with them. I'm glad I only used them for part of my project and went with another local company for the other part.

VERY HAPPY!! Our new drapes and Honeycomb remote controlled shades are perfect. From the very start of the process to buy new window coverings, I have been pleased. Laurie listened and asked good questions about what I needed and what I wanted. She made wonderful cost saving suggestions that made the project even more affordable! Manny came out right on time on the day we scheduled. He did an excellent job installing the shades and explaining the remote control functions. Thank you Ripley for making sure everything was just perfect!
