They constantly kept us informed about the status and went above and beyond to make sure we were never disappointed or had unanswered questions. Excellent customer service. After dealing with other replacement window companies I ran across Wallaby Windows and thought, what's one more high pressure salesman that takes up a couple of hours of my evening? I couldn't have been more surprised, no pressure, no "you've got to buy these today or tomorrow the price doubles". Great product at a reasonable price try Wallaby Windows before you buy.
