This is a scam company. They continually try to extort more money out of you after you agree to use their services, and threaten to take your website down if you don't pay them. I would recommend disputing any payments you have made to them with your credit card company if this happens to you.

Creative Website Studios is very easy to work with. They're great for small business owners that need to manage their online presence at a reasonable cost.

Stay Away! They call you right before your website hosting term is about to expire. They have not given you any previous notice of it. They tell you to pay a way over market price to renew it or they will shut it down. When you tell them you are going to hire a new hosting service they will not release your domain name unless you renew with them and threatened to shut down my site immediately if I did not pay them. I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If anyone has had the same experience with then please do the same. I was able to capture my site before they shut it down, got it on another server and created another domain name. I had to buy new business cards as well and inform all my clients that my firm has a new name. I don't think they are located in the US. Beware!

CON ARTISTS. BAIT AND SWITCH. They do not honor the contract. I had a website built and the integral algorithm functions stopped working mysteriously. They told me that I need to pay hundreds of dollars to have the ownership rights of the website (meaning taking ownership of the back files before they will fix the issue). I was never told this would be an additional charge and it should have been included in the original quote. They may have sabotaged the code in order to extort more money from me. If they were a reputable company, they would look into this technical issue and make things right. Unfortunately, I have chosen not to succumb to their shakedown and the site is unusable. I am out $2,000. I honestly believe this company is a scam. They seem to be operating out of a different country (Ghana) and masquerading as an Austin TX company. Please do not hire this company for your project.
