During my one visit, the one employee was not wearing a mask. This was during Travis County's highest Covid Alert status. I had to pick up an Amazon package, so I was obliged to enter the store and breathe the disgusting, potentially-Covid-infested air that had been exhaled by this numbskull employee. Hard pass. Stay away. Death trap. If you have a package there, don't pick it up, just cancel the order and stay away. Shame on the management of this store, and the corporation that doesn't enforce local laws (which are supported by good, robust scientific research, and designed to save lives). Shame.

I have been a very loyal customer to GNC. I unfortunately came to this to location to process a return well within the return requirements. Apparently this particular GNC doesn't follow corporate guidelines and is currently refusing returns due to COVID. Which I completely understand however there were signs posted stating that they do accept returns and after calling the corporate office they informed me that they should be accepting my return . Then I spoke with the manager TIM who was extremely rude and didn't even apologize for the misunderstanding on their end. When I told TIM that I was going to call the corporate office he really didn't seemed to be phased by it and was telling me to do it. Probably the worst way any person in management can treat a customer. Really disappointing that a corporation allows their stores to treat customers this way. WILL NOT RETURN, THANKS TIM.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of GNC for many years. Went to this location on Thursday, December 10, and noticed that the young man working that day was not wearing a mask. When my husband inquired why he was not wearing one he replied, “the owner does not require us to wear one.” While this may be true, it is unfathomable that this employee did not care enough about the people coming into the store who may have preexisting conditions and are doing everything they can to try to stay healthy. He refused to put on a mask and told my husband that he would “not have this conversation with him!”, so my husband left the store without purchasing what he needed. No more GNC for us. They have the right to not require their employees to wear a mask during a global pandemic (and when the infection rate is dangerously high), but we have the right to take our business elsewhere, as well. Be forewarned if you shop at this location!
