The Pro: The office staff is very friendly and professional! Dr Dubois was very easy to talk to and explained everything very well to me. Although they ran behind schedule the office was not crowded and obnoxious. I like that they have multiple locations for office visits. The Con: the PARKING is AWFUL. They do have valet but if you are like me and like to arrive early and wait in your car until appt time valet omits that option. And although it is an option self park is not only not realistic in such a small lot but there is also very little area to turn around. The parking lot is not drive through/drive around. More like dead end inlets. The other problem I had was after being referred By My Doctor to make a specialist appt. I thought this appointment would entail more than a 15 min chit chat. I did that with my doctor thus the request. So after a $50 chit chat co pay, I had to make an appt for ultrasound and another appointment to discuss results of ultrasound. And then Im sure I have to make yet another appointment for actual treatment. I absolutely love this office and staff. However I can totally understand why and when insurance companies refuse to cover some appointments. This should at best have been 2 appts: ultrasound with doctor coming in to discuss options and then make an appt for procedure. It just could be more efficient in my opinion.

A very patient and kind doctor. Respectful of my concerns and questions-never judgemental. Allowed to explore alternative treatment 1st before deciding surgical options. I appreciated that. Surgery procedure was successful- a truely knowledgable and competent doctor. The PA's and staff are great as well.
