If you look you are blocking my front door. There's a walker there for my disability. If there's a fire how am I getting out?!!! This has been going on for over a decade now. If it's not blocking the front door it's some random spot in my driveway

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Delivery drivers constantly drop packages off at random locations around our yard, even though we have signs that say to check into the office. We have our vendors require a signature and they never get one, yet claim they do and cannot provide a signed copy. Tried calling customer service, took 45 minutes to get someone on the phone. I asked to speak with the station and they claimed they can't give out the phone number. I asked to speak to a manager and they transferred me to some one in escalations named Michele who was completely unhelpful and even questioned my integrity on whether I signed or not. All in all, Fedex might have some of the worst customer service and the most unhelpful corporate policies regarding filing a complaint with them. I will be visiting the station now that delivers to us to try to complain in person. I bet that won't work either.
