My experience with JJ Luxury Travel could not have been better. I requested a hotel for a NYC trip and I was presented with multiple options within my area and price range. After a few back and fourth emails working out the details, the hotel was booked at a lower price than I could find anywhere else. It was a great experience and I'll be back for more on future trip.

We had a great experience with JJ Luxury Travel and Leisure when booking our Royal Caribbean cruise! Jessica was extremely responsive and detailed when outlining our options. She provided helpful advice about the different rooms and rates, and she made the actual booking so easy. We are thankful to Jessica for helping us plan our next family vacation!

I was looking to book a very last minute vacay during the holidays and Jessica was very fast and efficient to get me all the info I needed with lots of options so we could make a fast decision . Could not have made it any easier for us from the time of booking thru follow up and helping with all the details in between ! incredibly patient even though we may have changed our minds a few times and created some additional work for her , could not recommend more
