These people are CROOKS and THIEVES. They creep around apartments looking for cars to tow. I currently live at Santa Clara Oxford apartments. This tow company is contracted to work with the disingenuous apartment manager. Only Disgusting and bitter people work for this company. I had a guest whose parking pass expired at 11a. When he went to get his car at 1pm it had been towed. No doubt this company was just waiting to steal his car and charge $300 to get it back. When we get to the tow yard after waiting 2 hours for someone to show up guy opens the window and screams "who's first? I'm busy and have other places to be!" Their business model is disgusting and every person working here is immoral and unethical. Zero stars.

they steal your car, even after a visitors permit was completed, scramble the info, then claim, although all the info is there....its in the wrong order. They say, the drivers only looks at the plate, not the make, model or color. Had to pay 250.00 to get my girlfriends car back....CROOKS!!!!!!

This place is such a scam. Charged me a $50 notification fee on top of the $300+ I was already paying to get my car back. Why? Because my car was there for over 24 hours and they had to notify me, and I guess that costs $50. I didn't have any missed phone calls or emails, so I asked them what their notification process is and they said "oh, we send you something in the mail". So I'm getting charged $50 for you to send something in the mail, that I won't even get until days after I've already picked up my car? I had to find out through my apartment complex that the car got towed. Who knows what the total cost would have been if I had to wait to see something in the mail. Towing people are some of the most miserable, worthless people you'll ever come across in life. The $50 scam charge makes me absolutely livid, but at least I am able to sleep at night knowing I have a loving family & good job that doesn't require me to screw with people's lives.
