Came in with my 15 year old SUV overheating. Explained that it had over heated and I pulled in because they were open and close to where I over heated. Was told immediately that I needed a new radiator and they can do and have it ready by closing. I had a prior engagement so I said I would pickup Monday as closed on Sunday. Monday comes I call they say yep new radiator is in so I get a ride to pick it up. When I get there oh sorry looks like you need a new head gasket we can't do that $1200 please and you will need to get your vehicle towed somewhere else. In a state of shock I have to now find a ride back to work and what my options are. Finding additional repairs will be $5000 - $7000 but hey I got a brand new radiator. Ask if there was anything they could do on price, maybe 15% -20% discount was told nope but please have it towed or we will need to charge $15 a day storage. Ask to see the inspection report, could not be produced, looked at my work order which said on the bottom signed electronically. When I asked could they produce the document I so called signed electronically I was told "it's in a grey area of the system and could not be printed out" I don't recommend this location as you can see even before my review it has the lowest score of all the NBT in the area.

Even with an appointment, I waited 3.5 hours to get new tires. Location was woefully understaffed, and no one was hustling. The service writer repeatedly gave me underestimated remaining time for completion. If you plan to wait for your vehicle, plan for most of your day to be blown!
