Service performed seems to be fine, however they did not disclose the extra $9.99 "shop fee" until after the service was done. I had an $99.99 allignment done so I do not know what this shop fee would be for, except to pad their bottom line. This is dishonest!

I purchased a set of Cooper's for my Pathfinder. I had no issues with my scheduled time being honored. The tires I ordered were there and ready to be installed. I was not pressured to purchase anything additional. Nothing on my vehicle was broken by the technician (lug studs, etc).

The worst of the worst i got here at 10am with an appointment for an alignment it is now 2:00pm and they still havent worked on my car the tech said nobody told him that I was next and he is going to lunch with an attitude this is ridiculous the amount of time Ive wasted I have to miss school now because of them this is the worst location and I will never ever ever come back again

Big thank you to Jeff for all his help in a very stressful situation today. I was driving on 183 and my car started decelerating even though my foot was on the gas pedal. I immediately got off the freeway and wanted to take a first turn into a parking lot, when, like a God sent, I saw Pep Boys on the right, so I drive in, told them the problem and asked if they can help. Jeff asked me to describe the problem, then popped the hood, took a look and then did a free diagnostic test, telling me that there is a problem with a fuel system. He advised me to find out about my warranty, so I called the dealership and when they told me that it expired, he recommended a place what deals with Jeeps only and gave me an error code from his diagnostic tool. Then he ran the car for a while to see if it would run so I can make it home. It seemed to stabilize somehow, so I was able to make it home, driving on low speed with blinkers on. Thank you, Jeff!
