Very satisfied with Ownwell's services. I was not expecting positive results especially after hearing how many neighbors failed to lower their property value themselves. To my surprise, they succeeded in lowering my value by about $50k, and saving me hundreds on my property tax bill. The process to initiate the appeal through Ownwell was very easy and hands off for me!

I received an unsolicited letter from Ownwell with no return address saying Concerning Your Property Tax Notice. This was very deceptive. Their website also says theyre BBB accredited, but their BBB profile says their accreditation was revoked back in February. Buyer beware: Do your research on unsolicited mail.

Wow, I got Ownwell to handle my appeal for my house appraisal with Cobb County Tax Assessor for 2023 year. They not only won the appeal, they got the property taxes reduced by over 40% of the recent increase by Cobb County. I am glad that I let Ownwell handle this problem for me.

Excellent service that seemed almost too good to be true when we first heard about them. They were able to protest 3 properties for us and they saved us almost $2,000. There is a support number should you have any questions. The process was completely painless for us; no reams of paper questionnaires to fill out, no in person hearings with the tax office, and excellent results. We would highly recommend this firm.
