I had the pleasure of speaking with a woman via phone named Martha. I called with some inquiries and she was very helpful, polite, patient and informative. Best of all, she was very compassionate and encouraging! I had put off applying for the CPA license (for years) but Ms. Martha reassured me that her and the staff at TSBPA will help us applicants every step of the way. Thank you again Ms. Martha for making such a scary and rigorous process seem like a delight
