If you want to deal with government employees who truly do not care about you, getting you the services you need, doing a quality job, or the veteran community as a whole; look no further! After seven months I still do not know what their actual job is and told them to remove themselves from my claim. If you want to speak with anyone, make an appointment and keep your mouth shut until then. If you want good information, save yourself the time and just go directly to the VA. Information not accurate? Go directly to the VA. They have literally done nothing of at all. I wish I was exaggerating. This organization needs to be defunded and go away after it apologizes to the veterans and tax payers for wasting their resources.

Top notch quality veterans service officers that will assist veterans with various types of needs. TVC has helped many friends get jobs, the service-connection they deserved, grant funding, and assistance navigating the complex VA red-tape nightmare. Reach out to a TVC VSO for assistance.
