Veterinary Emergency Group located at 1975 N Central Expy, Allen, TX 75013 killed my cat. Do not go there. $1,300 for my geriatric cat to be tortured to death. My cat is dead and I will forever feel guilty that I drove her to this place and traumatized her in her old age.

A real human answers the phone, which is so refreshing! Every person I've spoken with has been so friendly, knowledgable and eager to help. Roberta with the liscencing department is fantastic. I thought the licensing process would be daunting, but with her guidance and advice, it was a breeze.

This office is an absolute mess. Cases are 1 and 2 years behind, staff keep quitting, board members resiging, legal department behind. This is a Texas office. All the time issues are not being addressed and the people practicing are still causing harm to our pets......all because this board and office are in shambles. Excuse after excuse. Bad situation and nothing is fixing the list of issues.

Do not take your pet to Banfield at 2610 Eldridge Parkway in Houston Texas. Especially to the vet Dr. Todd. My valuable, pure bred, rare, brown, miniature schnauzer was taken from my carport on March 27 2022. I live alone and he was such a pal for 8 years . 2 weeks later Banfield called to say the people finally brought him in and want to keep him. Banfield had called the chip people who told them it was my dog and they must return it to me. I explained to Banfield that I am a social worker who was working with mental health patients 40 miles away and scheduled without breaks. They said as long as I was there by 6 they would keep him. At 4:30 William called to ask if I was coming. Told him I was leaving now he agreed. I arrived there at 5:45 and they gave him back to the abductors. When I spoke with dr Todd he would not give me the name or address and said they couldnt get involved. They said their policy was to give the dog to who brought him in and Dr Todd supported that. Really? Whether its stolen or not. All agreed that if we got police to come ask for info they would give it. However when I got the police to go there Dr Todd refused, Saying the police needed to go back to his office and wait for legal to call. Its been 4 days and no call from legal. I guess Vets dont take the Hippocratic oath not to harm.
