        Very nice representative. Hardly any wait. You have to walk to a separate building to use the restrooms. Although you can see the restrooms in the same office as the Vital Statistics. Not great for weary clients.

        I came all the way from San Antonio to get my birth certificate and I arrived at 10:24 am and was helped and received my birth certificate in less than 30 mins. Overall everything was very easy.

        Very poor customer service!! It suppose to take 25 to 30 (business) days!! Well it's been almost a year. I have done everything they asked if me ever going to court to change two letters in my name. Lol now been over 30 business days and when you ask to speak with a supervisor it takes 24 to 48 hours before they call you back. The whole system is a joke and take your money because they know you need whatever you
