    A literal scam. Everyone that works here sounds like they hate their lives. Tried to be nice to one of the reps, but they were no help. Asked to talk to a manager and got transferred to the main menu. Terrible people.

    Finally switched my cars to NTTA toll tags instead. I'd never had any incorrect billing from TXTag (thus I'm not giving them just one star) but I've been trying to close this account for over a month now. Note: the website says you can cancel on the phone. But on the phone, they tell you to cancel via online message. But then after a week you get an email saying your request can't be completed, that you have to MAIL in your request. THEN after two weeks you get an email saying they've received your letter (they still at this point haven't closed my account) AND that it will take another 30 DAYS to send your final refund. I feel bad for the employees who really do try to help. This system is so messed up. Somebody fix this. NOTE: I switched to NTTA because I found out that it works on all the toll roads and has an excellent app and very good customer service.
