Things started off well as BizTwister seemed like an 'above and beyond' kind of company that I chose over 2 others during the bidding process for a POS system for a retail store. The main implementation of the product and service went fairly well. However, immediately after installation, we began to be left high and dry. Communications greatly lapsed, and promises of items that we needed that fall under customization and secondary needs began to drag on and on and on. So yes, if you have a straightforward, out-of-the-box need, you could consider them. But if you need a more nuanced, custom experience... beware. It came to a point where I felt like I had to stalk my main point of contact to get any kind of answers, and she would make me feel like I was stupid for asking questions. She would not comply to requests for weekly updates on progress, always citing more important things to take care of and acting very put out. And then she would insinuate that my team was incompetent or flat out lie that things would be taken care of that were not. It is unfortunate to have to write a review like this, but I believe in transparency, and these are the kinds of things I wish I would have known when making this important business decision. Shame on me for letting the experience drag on for as many months as it did, only to have to sever the relationship without the full project being completed.
