Customer Service: High class customer service! When I ordered my shoes, I was immediately contacted by the owner to confirm receipt of the order and to consult with me on my size. After asking several questions she was able to advise me what size would be best for me (because these shoes run large). I was unsure so she sent two sizes to me so I could try them both on and return the ones that didnt fit. She wanted to make sure I had new shoes in time for a local festival. I was so impressed and so excited to get my shoes! The shoes: The shoes arrived via USPS in about four days from ordering. They are exquisite shoes. They are particularly unique and have a creative design with much attention paid to detail. Dancing: I found these shoes to be secure and balanced when dancing. I was able to wear them right away without a breaking in period. Final thought: These shoes and company are highly recommended. They are my current favorite shoes! And the customer service is impeccable.

Bought my first pair of Tango shoes from Simona at TANGOTANA. They were a perfect fit! Couldn't be happier with my purchase; and I felt an immediate difference on the dance floor - suddenly, and not unexpectedly, movements became much easier! Very happy with my purchase!

I loved my experience here! She is really knowledgable about shoe sizing and fitting and has a great selection of shoes. I've danced with come il fauts, but now I'm sold on Entonces! They fit perfectly. I also love her passion for tango! It's contagious. :) Added update: I've now been dancing in these shoes for a few weeks. I can't emphasize enough how much I love these shoes. I am so deeply indebted to Simona for her time and patience for my feet. I would always recomment Tangotana to my girlfriends for their shoes. I love Simona!
