Do your shopping in-store! I really wish I had known this earlier; the experience is leaps and bounds ahead of their online retail. The level of patience, expertise, and care I've received here over the course of several visits has truly exceeded all expectations. David, I couldn't be more grateful.. With an odd foot shape, uncommon size, flat feet, severely over-pronated ankles, and general indecisiveness, I've had to come in for a fitting and several exchanges. This has taken hours of this gentleman's time, and I've been met with nothing but professionalism and kindness. I would've given up on the arduous search for well-fitting and attractive shoes months ago had it not been for him. My closet is now stocked with at least 6 pairs that I'm ecstatic with. Thank you for not only bearing with me but also for providing a thoughtful and informed luxury experience that I had thought was a thing of the past.

I came in today and received unmatched customer service. Two gentlemen helped me try on different sizes and widths until we finally found the right fit. I cannot emphasize enough how much their expertise helped me end up with the right shoe.
