Exceptional experience at the Red Wing Shoe Store! Drew Lawless and the entire team deserve high praise for their outstanding customer service. Despite being a bit challenging, they went above and beyond to assist me, exceeding all expectations. Drew, the store manager, was particularly attentive and knowledgeable. The whole team demonstrated remarkable patience and expertise.I was impressed by their innovative measuring tool, which was not only cool but also incredibly accurate. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better shopping experience. Highly recommend this store for their top-notch service and quality products. 5 stars!

I made a purchase of 334 dollars. Just now. Military service member with a baby 1 year and a half old. At the end I ask if I can use the bathroom real quick. Wouldve take 5 minutes. Julian said no. Costumers are not allowed to use the bathroom which to that I reply I know its in the back cause Ive use it before Ive been a costumer for more than 5 years. He still said no. And with that red wing Austin lost a costumer. Last time I buy boots here. Its always the simple stuff do better.

Love my new work boots. You get what you pay for!! 01102024 Wait, bought the socks with a lifetime warranty less than 6 months ago and was told today, when I brought a pair in with holes, that the socks are dis-continued and redwing would no longer honor the warranty. Feels like a bait and switch like. Cant believe Red-Wing really wants that kind of reputation. Yall are gonna be losing star or two over this debacle.

I recently purchased a pair of safety shoes that cost me a little over $200. I was really impressed during my first visit after a long time with all the new tech Redwing invested in to map your pressure zones while you walk and all that, based on this they suggested me to use an insole and to be honest I don't regret spending 200 bucks for the most comfortable safety shoes I have ever bought !! Here is the problem though.... After 4-5 weeks of moderate use the stamped plastic where the laces pass through started to peel off in one shoe so I decided to take them back to the store since it was an obvious quality defect !! When I got to the store I showed the lady the problem and she started asking me questions about my work environment , I politely said that the shoes had very light use and they were dusty because the parking lot at my workplace is literally dirt but after that it was mostly office environment.. she mentioned it was her job to make sure I had the right shows for my workplace suggesting the shoes were damaged due to that . I told her it was obvious the stamping in the shoes lack glue and the dust should not tear the shoes apart.... She was in disbelief and made me feel like the shoes got damaged , eventually she replace the shoes but told me warranty is over since AGAIN my workplace environment might be the cause of the damage !!! Redwing please consider this strategy of blaming clients about your QUALITY DEFECTS and focus in the root cause which is MANUFACTURING ! I was extremely happy to have purchased this shoes but this customer experience changed my mind !!
