I've been here a lot. 2nd time they tell me they don't have a package for me, when they did. Last time they didn't find it. I had to file a claim. This time, I Made them look a little harder; by my address. There was my address but my name wasn't on there. Address was right but sent to FINANCE? Someone overlayed a replacement on there. Also, a guy who was there, was one who almost didn't label a return of an Iphone.for return/exchange. Did he do that on purpose? The vibe I got was he did. Changing my pick up location now.z

On 4/22/2023 MIRANDA provided exceptional service processing an unusual AMAZON return that required special pckaging. She walked me thhrough every step of the process, including contacting AMAZON for packaging credit, to a successful completion. Thank you again MIRANDA

Just went in the store, waited almost 10 minutes for a customer who was shipping items that needed to be paid for, no pre paid label. The employee gentleman measures everything and the customer complains about the price of her first package $23. He explains its based on the dimensions of the package which she says the contents are much smaller than the envelope shes trying to use. She pays for another small package $13, then she folds the envelope of the original package and he agrees to remeasure it after he taped it, now $13. Im up next with 2 Amazon returns, 1 with a QR code and 1 with 2 labels to tape to the small box. Ive never had an issue at any other UPS in austin if I brought a label that needed to be taped to the box. He was putting the label in a sleeve and has the nerve to tell me you know we normally ask this to be done ahead of time. SERIOUSLY?! You are going to correct a customer who needs to tape a pre paid labelyet you just spent 10 minutes with a customer who complained about the price and you helped her lower the cost of her package by $10 by taping her envelope for her??? I literally bring you the easiest transaction and offer to put the label in the sleeve since your line is now 7 more people deep, and you have the audacity to correct someone like that?! I say to him you really have to say that to me after your last transaction? To which he points out the Amazon rules.
