He kept me posted consistently and was on the job the entire time. Rigo was very familiar with filing insurance claims and handled the process from start to finish! Inspection got scheduled quickly, informed on damage, getting help through our home insurance for covering costs, choosing shingle type we wanted, and setting up the final installation. Communication was easy with one of their managers Josh Wright, and he handled us with care. Highly recommend Proco to anyone seeking help with resolving roofing needs and issues!
