So I went in for a screening for the first time, 7 hours of driving but for the compensation I was willing to do it.
The "Recruiter" which I don't know why they call her that since she didn't actually recruit cause you just look up studies on their site and call them yourself, Kristy is her name.
She definitely has a negative attitude and it seems like she is just trying to risk through everything, reading everything, reading the important information so fast you can barely understand what she's saying instead of making sure she's clear.
I received a voice mail telling me to call her back, 6 minutes I called back and no answer so I called two more times and she finally picked up.
I says yes ma'am I'm returning a voice mail I just received and she says yeah you just called me like 3 times I'm in the middle of something I'll get back to you when i can in a very rude tone which I did not appreciate especially since I was at work and don't have time to be on the phone long and was worried about the message being about my medical health.
She could have taken 1 minute and told me the message right then, she called back and told me one of my labs PTT was out of range and I needed to re-test, I asked what is PTT? and again in a very rude manor she said sir I don't know I'm not a medical doctor so you can Google it?? Like really?
Everyone else there was nice and professional, not cool having to drive another 7 hours to re-testv even I don't even know if I'm accepted into the study yet though

Starting from the Check in, getting you on your underwear to check your stuff up until the check out which takes 15 hours leaving us without food until 5pm incase they need repeat??

Been coming here for two years no problems but recently was an alternate they payed me late & the lady in charge of my study treated me unfairly with no due process ppd has gone downhill from what it used to be
