Lori Wakefield was an excellent realtor for us from first contact until far after our closing day. She has a wealth of knowledge about Austin real estate and listened not only to our original requests for our new home, but also paid attention to our likes and dislikes of the homes we looked at to help refine our search. When we traveled to Austin, she had several great options ready to go - within minutes of entering our home we knew it was the one, and she was able to have us under contract before the day ended. In the following weeks, through the onset of COVID, she helped us with home inspections, builder closing walks, being onsite to check work happening before we were able to move, and had a welcome basket waiting for our 1am arrival that took care of our family for our first few days after driving cross country. We couldn't have been more grateful. Lori is truly an exceptional realtor and person; we felt truly lucky to have her guidance and help in our home search and buying process.
