When there is an issue with the home we are in, they are prompt to respond and they have someone fixing the issue within a couple of days. Everyone at the office is great to work with! This post is long overdue as I have been working with Joel and Cathy and their amazing team for over 15 years. Hands down the best realtor and property management group if you want honest , smart and true professionals helping you in the Austin marker. They have a good grasp on all of the volatility , and are super helpful with anything you should ever need long after you buy your home , i. e advice on repairs persons , painters or yard / tree services. My husband and I worked with Brittany Lawver and she was not only prompt and professional, but incredibly sweet throughout the whole process. We're moving from out of state and she went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information and images we needed to make a choice on a house we're very happy with! She helped what was a very stressful move out of state to be as easy as it could possible be on the leasing end.
