Erika is the absolute best! She doesn't flinch at a change of plans and works in her client's best interest every time. She's on top of the details and makes both the buying and selling processes easy for her clients. We had to pivot from trying to sell our home in a hard market to buying a 2nd home instead. Erika is such a wonderful person and realtor to work with! She knows the Austin market very well and helped us tremendously on our first STR, which has proven to be performing very well.
