I was recommended to the Taylor Realty group by a friend of a friend and this has been one of the BEST decisions of my life. I am a first time homebuyer. I’ve been living in Austin 4 years and decided to jump into the housing market madness in April. I first went through an unpleasant experience with KB Homes in that the finance guy Jason was overwhelmed and not very responsive and condescending during our conversations. I put down a deposite and was on the list for a new build in Manor but nothing was available for a very long time. When I talked to Dyron for the first time and explained what I was looking for he was very patient, respectful, and had unlimited availability to answer my questions in that I never felt lost or on my own being new to this. It was a 100% night and day turn around from KB Homes. Dyron introduced me to Madeline who was AMAZING. She was on top of listings, questions, and kept things very honest. Working with her was actually a lot of fun, which normally you would expect an uptight atmosphere but I LOVED working with her. We visited around 5-6 homes and I put in offers on 3. She had eagle eyes for detail and made notes on everything which she followed through every single time on getting them answered. She gave me a lot of good professional and even personal advice on things to consider and we even had a few laughs at bizarre circumstances we ran into. She was always on the same page as me and I honestly didn’t feel as discouraged on the homes I was out bided on cause I just has such a great team supporting me. In July I closed on the house that was meant for me and I am in love with my house. Before closing Dyron did the walk through with me, helped point out things in the home to consider and Madeline organized all the additional walk throughs I needed. Even the finance team was very quick and responsive in sending communications and answering questions. I am EXTREMELY happy with my house, the experience, and the team I had. I don’t think it could have gone any better and I will never use another team for home buying again. I want to say a special thanks to Madeline and Dyron. They took every opportunity to help me, be honest with me, and work with me on every detail down to my schedule. Thank you Taylor Realty you now have a life long customer! VW

I have had great experiences working with the Dyron Taylor group and have worked with them over the course of 6 yrs, 3 home sales and 1 rental. Dyron is professional and knowledgable and his team is very accommodating and transparent. They have went above and beyond to provide me with information to make sound decisions on selling and buying my past homes. Zach and Chris were so helpful in the entire process of getting me in a rental while I listed my home. I have no complaints and highly reccomend them. They know their stats, they give great advice on how to get prepared to sell or buy and their follow up and customer service is A+.
