Janae is a dedicated and caring therapist who really makes you feel seen. Some therapists are tired and jaded after having seen so many people.. I can say that thats not the case with Janae. Shes genuinely excited about seeing her clients getting better and committed to helping them reach their goals. I would highly recommend her, especially if you're looking to do trauma work or EMDR!

Finding a good fit in a therapist is important, and Janae is a real gem! She is a caring, skilled psychotherapist in modalities like EMDR/ trauma therapy. Janae is Asian-American and is multiculturally competent; these arent just buzz words for her- she really gets it!

Janae creates a safe and nurturing environment for her clients, where they can openly express themselves without judgment. However, she also knows how to gently challenge you when you need it. As an experienced therapist, Janae has many tools in her tool box, and as a creative, she will help you find creative ways to look and work through life concerns and problems you may bring to therapy.
